Kastline has its roots in the friendship between Jerome and Damien. They have been working hard and playing harder for years, together. Their friendship had already gone through several chapters until that day on which they identified that the Asian market was missing a qualitative manufacturing facility where worldwide brands could manufacture climbing holds up to their highest standards. So, they combined their respective skills to create one: Kastline was born.
Damien is an engineer from Les Arts et Métiers, a top-tier polyvalent engineering school in France. After graduation, he started his career in China, building expertise in factory management. Namely, he worked for 5 years as Operations Director at EP climbing Asia. There, he developed a passion for climbing products. This increased his desire to create the best PE, PU, and GRP formulations. Now, he is working closely with the brands to bring the best technologies and services to Asian climbers.
Jerome is an experienced business developer. He gained his expertise through his experiences as an entrepreneur. He also was a former General Manager at EP Climbing Walls in Asia during 10 years. At Kastline, he is now piloting the commercial team. Together, they connect with potential clients throughout Asia and distribute the brands produced by Damien’s dedicated team. He is also the main contact of all the brands who join the Kastline family.
